How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to let you know. The expected delivery time is 1-2 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation. You can track your order using the link in the email.

What are your delivery times?

Our delivery time is 3-5 business days for the United Kingdom. We make sure your order is at your home quickly!

My order has not yet been delivered, what can I do?

We apologize that your order has not yet arrived. There could be several reasons for this. Perhaps your order has been delayed or there is an error in the address provided.

If you have not received your order a week after shipping, please contact our customer service. We will investigate the problem and provide a suitable solution.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE shipping for the United Kingdom!

Can my order be delivered to a collection point?

Yes, that is possible! Once you receive the Track & Trace, you can choose to have the package sent to a collection point near you.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Using a PO Box as a delivery address is not possible.
This is because the size of a canvas is too large for this.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

If you are not at home, the carrier may try to deliver your package to your neighbors or come back the next day to try again. The carrier will inform you about this via the Track & Trace page.

Canvas painting

Is the canvas suitable for outdoor use?

No, unfortunately the canvas painting is not suitable for outside. We cannot guarantee that the ink will remain good in the sun. In addition, the canvas is not water-resistant.

The frame of the canvas is a bit crooked, what now?

Due to transport or delivery the frame can sometimes bend a little. Usually you can solve this yourself by doing the following:

You can straighten your photo on canvas yourself. You do this by holding the canvas against a table edge (with a soft base) and applying pressure to the corners that are crooked. You can apply quite a bit of force here, so that the frame becomes straight again.

If this does not solve the problem, please contact our customer service . Always include the order number and a clear photo of the complaint. Our employees will come up with a suitable solution within 24 hours.

How can I hang the painting?

You can easily hang the painting with an optional hanging system that can be added to your order.

What should I do if my canvas has become dirty?

If the cloth becomes dirty, you can carefully clean it with a dry cloth.

Will my canvas painting be stretched by you?

Yes, all our canvas paintings are stretched by us around a wooden frame. Your painting will be delivered to you ready to hang.

Returns

Can I return items?

Unfortunately, returns are not possible, because these are personalized products that are made especially for you. However, in case of any problems, we are always ready to offer a suitable solution.

How can I see the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to let you know. You can then track your order using the link in the email.

I have not received an order confirmation, what can I do?

After you place your order and complete payment, an automated order confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

It is possible that it ended up in your spam folder. Check your spam folder and search for 'canvasique' in your inbox.

How can I receive a VAT invoice for my order?

Please contact our customer service with the following information:

1. The order number
2. The email address under which the order was placed.
3. The invoice details

After receipt, our customer service will send an invoice to your email address.
